Mark Bittman, columnist for the NY TImes has a great (and fast) recipe for roasted corn salad on his blog (bitten.blogs.nytimes.com). Made it last night. Add some of your peppers diced up.

I see some parmesan zucchini sticks. And here is another great recipe for Caponata. Oh, stuffed tomatoes...eggplant parmesan....a stirfry. Endless wonderful possibilities!

I usually go to the local market every weekend and was thinking about participating in CSA. Your veggies are gorgeous. Nothing like the taste and richness of local veggies!
