Here’s a kitchen tip for you this Friday morning. When I buy or harvest fresh herbs, I don’t throw them in the fridge, instead I place them in water and keep them on the window sill. There they will stay crisp and fresh for up to week, instead of wilting and browning in the fridge. It also adds a bit of pretty to the kitchen window. Do make sure to keep the water fresh, just like you would with fresh flowers.
