This weekend is my daughter’s 21st birthday brunch and she wants Mimosas to be on the menu, of course. My usual Mimosa recipe involves Cava sparkling wine and OJ, but I am thinking I might want to try something new. I went browsing around the Internet and came up with some recipes I might try and I thought I might share what I found with you.
- Pink Grapefruit Mimosa – while this might be for everyone, I LOVE grapefruit juice and so does my daughter.
- Piper Heidsieck Mimosa – OJ and Tangerine juice with Champagne. Yum.
- Blushing Mimosa – OJ, Tangerine juice and Grenadine with Champagne. It’s so classy.
- Grand Mimosa – a little shot of Grand Marnier in a traditional mimosa.
Hmm, what I might do it get a big tub, fill it with ice and just put on lot of different juices, sparkling wines and mixers in it for guests to make their own concoctions. I will sure with you what I end up doing, of course!
