Statement Necklaces: make your own..or not
If you haven’t yet had a chance to read the 1st issue of Joie, my new online magazine, then you probably haven’t seen this tutorial for making your own statement necklace. It was put together by Viki Tiamat of Petti Bear who makes and sells street inspired fashions and jewelry.
