Tasty Bits: Caramel Jubilee

I am a huge fan of caramel and when Rachelle of Caramel Jubilee ask to send me samples, I was pretty excited. Although admittedly, not as much as when I actually received my samples in the mail!

My samples included a bunch of different flavors—Pomegranate, Pumpkin & Black Licorice in addition to Vanilla & Chocolate. I wasn’t too sure about the Black Licorice, but I actually liked it quite a lot. The Pumpkin was awesome and would make great Halloween treats for sure. The Vanilla and Chocolate were both just amazing, while to me the Pomegranate was just a little weird. I’m sure all you pomegranate fans out there would love it though.

Whatever the flavor, the Caramel Jubilee caramels were that perfect blend of creamy, sticky and sweet that is the hallmark of a good caramel. They were a nice size too, about 2 inches in length, which for me was a 2-3 bite caramel.

I would definitely purchase some for myself and I’m thinking that they may make some awesome & easy Christmas gifts this year as well. They are available for purchase in a sampler or in 1/2 pound, 1 pound or 2 pound sizes.
