Tara Hogan of INK + WIT is really one of my favorite artists in the whole world. She is both an illustrator and designer and she offers letterpress and offset printed paper goods & art (and now tees and tea towels) through her shop. Whether you are looking for some ready made letterpress notecards or you need some custom invitations for a wedding or other event, INK + WIT can do it all.  I have to say that as someone who loves letterpress (who doesn’t right?), Tara’s letterpress work is simply amazing.

I am such a fan of Tara and of INK + WIT that I have her work throughout my home. I have her complete Aeosp’s Fable illustration collection in my bedroom and the offset printed Everything Counts poster in my kitchen as well as  other goodies.

Tara is also a real sweetie and has very generously offered a prize for one lucky Indie Fixx reader. You could win a Pommebirds letterpress print, a set of mininotes and a postcard set (prize is pictured below).

  1. And I might need the “Conversations of Polar Bears” print for my new house… It’s like she knows that polar bears and owls are my favorite animals and sucked me in!

  4. Second, the peel and stick labels are super cool. I’m a bookworm, and I’d really love to see some “This book belongs to:” peel and sticks.

    First, I love the “Lavish” thank you cards. I’m a southern girl, and we were raised to write thank you notes!

  11. I have an old owl linen tea towel from an antique store that I love- the blue owl towel would look great next to it on the wall in my kitchen!

  12. I absolutely love the penguin and polar bear cards- when I was a kid, I always made a point to tell people that penguins and polar bears live on opposite poles!

  29. The first thing that caught my eye is the grey Nouveau Letterpress Notecards. I’m a sucker for nouveau.

  32. Wow, such beautiful items! I have a place in my heart for elephants, so I am loving the Elephants Limited Edition Letterpress Print on Etsy – its full of cuteness and whimsy, and the lovely yellows and greens will look great in my kitchen (and maybe, in a few years, in a nursery!!!)

  52. MY favorite from Tara’s Etsy Shop is the Woodstock Farm Animal Sanctuary Letterpress Print because I live near Woodstock and as a long time vegetarian and animal lover I find it beautiful and heartwarming!

  61. Oh my, I love elephants and am an eco-friendly kind of person so I would have to say that my favorite, if I had to pick just one from her shop, is the Eco Elephants Postcards 🙂

  65. I’ve ordered from Tara in the past and love her designs. I’m especially fond of her penguin/polar bear holiday cards though I’d probably hoard them rather than send them out which would really go against the holiday spirit, wouldn’t it?

    I love the burnout tank from Tara’s site, as well as several of her ready made wedding invitations.
