I’m not the only one who hawked my wares at an indie craft show this weekend. There sure were plenty of opportunities to participate or attend, including: Bust Magazine’s Christmas Craftaculars in both New York and London, the DEPART-ment Holiday Show in Chicago & Bizarre Bazaar in Boston among others. I wish I could have gone to all of them, but since that’s not possible I asked the Holiday Galleria shops to send me pics from any indie craft shows that they did, so I can live vicariously. 😉
Lucy from Eclectic Eccentricity did the Christmas Craftacular in London on Saturday. Man, would I love to have been able to go to that one! Lucy makes & sells lovely jewelry made from vintage & vintage inspired components (I especially love her locket necklaces). Lucy wrote me that the Craftacular was so busy that she ended up leaving early because she sold out of everything! Way to go, girl! Her designs really pop on her pretty in pink table, don’t ya think?
Maeg from Ranunculae was at Bazaar Bizarre in Boston. Here’s her table full of her bobbin pincushions, cards, pouches, brooches, pillows and more. Most of Maeg’s goods are gocco or block printed with her quirky illustrations, like a Diesel sewing machine riding a moterccle and other fun stuff.
Next weekend there’s a plethora of shows planned as well. Check out indiecraftshows.com to see if there is one happening in your neck of the woods. Send me some pics too!
