Sweet as stone&honey! Enter to win a Pinwheel Necklace!

stonehoneycontest3.jpg

I’m recuperating today from a late night out last with my home slice Laura. We went out to dinner (the worst dinner I think we’ve ever had), a concert (the Los Lonley Boys. I’m not a big fan, but they were really good) and drinks afterward. Needless to say, I slept in! Even though I may be dragging a little bit today, I have a contest in the works for you! This is another weekly contest and it’s for a stone&honey pinwheel necklace. Stone&honey is the new venture from Teresa of smallthings and features stunningly ethereal pieces fashioned from Brazilian agate and delicate metalwork. I think they are just gorgeous!

Enter to win your own stone&honey necklace.

Leave a comment on this post below with your favorite design or designs from stone&honey. Multiple entries will be accepted, but you must leave a comment for each entry, i.e. if you find 3 stone&honey favorites, then leave 3 separate comments. This will increase your chances for winning!

One random commenter will be chosen to win the prize and the contest will end Friday, September 12th at 11:59 pm EST. And yes, this giveaway is open to international entrants.

**I will be announcing the winner of the Freshie and Zero contest later in the week after I hear back from the winner.

the coolest necklace I have ever seen.
Please enter me with my thanks

  2. Mediun sized Aget necklace “ICHABAD.
What would the metal work look like in gold on this piece?? I think more of the gold on the aget would come out, almost like looking into a sunset.

  3. Love the “GOLD HONEYCOMB”pendant. Really like the way it hangs. Looks like tiny little bycycle wheels. A really neat and great piece of art.

  4. I am looking and wow,the Ichabod just jumped off the page. One of the prettiest necklaces I have ever seen.
    Count me in

  6. The necklace I find so attractive and would love to have around my neck is the “multi with honeycomb”. Its my dream necklace! Just beautiful. Great job for designing and making such a great piece of wearable art stone & honey. Thanks for the chance to be able to win something so elegant.

  7. I love the agate necklaces. Especially the ones that hang vertically like the pink one in the bottom row in the pic you posted.

  13. ok, i also LOVE the bernice gold pinwheel… again, so whimsical and cute! I can see this worn at work and out at night… great design.

  14. omg, magnus in the gold honeycomb section is toooo cute! i am in love! so delicate and feminine, yet whimsical and fun!

  15. ANCHORET is probably the one I would most likely buy if I suddenly became rich. The flat metal cutout has a nice flowing movement to it, and the contrast between it and the color of the stone is beautiful.

  16. i love the aviva, anything purple is always cute!!! love the pinwheels also, they go good with the color.

  17. I would definetly wear the large pieces too. They are all so unique! I love the Dark agates ,like the grey with pinwheels and the multicolor with crystals:)

  18. I love them all but my first choice is the Med. Ichabod necklace. Would like to see matching earring to go with all of the beactiful necklaces. Thank you for letting me enter!

  19. My last pick is also my favorite, but I don’t think it’s for sale. It is the pic you click on to go to small necklaces. It is tiny and pink and adorable!

  20. What awesome jewelry. So Beautiful. My favorite would be the Aviva ncklace. Very stunning. Thank you so much!

  21. Finally, I adore the Small Purple Feather Shaped Agate With 5 Little Pinwheels Cascading Down From the Top! Many thanks, Cindi

  22. so far anchoret is my fav…just started looking thru the site tho…this piece really caught my eye!!

  23. I also like Isabella (again in medium agate necklaces). These pinwheel patterns are what I draw when I doodle and the pink stone is gorgeous too!

  24. I lovelovelove the Anchoret necklace (found in medium agate necklaces. What a beauty and it goes with my tattoo! 🙂

  25. Also, the ida and delores pinwheels are like sister Steampunk versions of Oregan Trail. Awesome.

  26. I have to list another one because they are so gorgeous-Ichabod is a real beauty too.It would be sohard to pick just one!

  27. All the pinwheel necklaces are beautiful, but I have to go with the Olga, in honor of my son’s new preschool teacher.

  28. and so did Ferdinand (anyone else think of the Bull in the children’s book?!) They are all just beautiful though! It would be really hard to choose.

  29. the stripe in the “grey horizon” is really cool and adds another element of texture to the piece.

  30. The otto seems to be very popular and I can see why.
I love the idea behind these honeycomb necklaces – it is an image from nature that is not often used in jewelry.
    Very beautiful!

  31. and, finally, the ‘horatio’ is pretty because you have to look closely to see how detailed and delicate the pinwheels are up against the stone.

  32. I think the ‘isabella’ is great, too, with the play of the silver off the bright pink agate.

  33. the dark brown and clear with honeycomb is a nice neutral color to go with everything while still being interesting

  34. I also love the otto, but I’d like it better in silver (I’m a silver girl!). Their stuff is great – thanks for sharing, and I hope I win! 😉

  35. The first person never wins, well I think I’m the first to comment, anywho I love the pinwheel necklace. I’m not into big jewelry so the stone ones wouldn’t work for me but the pinwheel it’s just so original and def something I would ask for for Christmas hehe.

  36. LOVE this line! Wow. Beautiful and so innovative. Hard to choose, but the large blue with pinwheels is one of my faves!

  37. I love the agate ferdinand.. the bright green is awesome– the whole thing is modern but earthy and reminds me of “The Dark Crystal”. Awesome

  38. i also love any of the gold honeycomb necklaces. i’m happy that gold is in again…i had been such a silver girl for years, but am starting my new love affair with gold this season.

  39. I love the stone & honey designs! So clean and elegant, but still a bit funky.

I think my favorite is the Otto honeycomb necklace. I love the simplicity of the shapes and the arrangement of the combs. Gorgeous!
