I made these last night – they are fantastic! It looked like the spice mixture was too much to sprinkle on the fruit, so I just sprinkled about 1 tsp. per ramekin and left the rest in the bowl. Then I mixed the leftover spices into the cake batter – everything came out great! Whipped cream is a nice finishing touch.

Oh no! That was a mistake… there should be a 1/4 cup of brown sugar in the ingredients. Sorry!

I just love the idea here about posting food every once in a while. As a dedicated eater (haha) i am always interested in finding new unique recipes. This one looks sooo delicious! Wonderful .
