I asked one of my favorite stationers, Johanna Anderes of 12fifteen, to share some of her favorite stationery designers to help me highlight stationery this week in honor of the National Stationery Show. Johanna is inspired by travels, nature and life in general and creates stationery, limited edition prints, coasters and home goods using various printing techniques including letterpress, screenprinting and inkjet. You can visit her 12fifteen shop here, her Etsy Shop and shop her goods in the Indie Fixx Shop.

This is post #1 of three from Johanna.

When Jen asked me to write a guest blog about 3 stationery designers that I admire I happily accepted and immediately decided on 2 of the designers I would write about. But choosing the third one was an almost impossible task…there are just too many talented indie artists out there with beautiful paper goods, how can Jen only ask me to only feature 3? That borders on torture. But come deadline, it’s decision time, so here we are.

Letteria is a small letterpress studio located near Zurich in Switzerland. It is run by Christa who designs and prints all of her items and has a wonderful eye for color and details. She manages to combine the best of all in her work: sophisticated yet handmade; modern yet classical. Oh and have I mentioned that even her product shots are pieces of art?

Christa’s work can be found in her web shop Letteria, in her Etsy shop and on her flickr page. I have to warn you, however, if you check out her flickr page you might get lost in her beautiful world for hours 🙂

How cute are these animals? They are from Christa’s kids collection but hey, I would use them myself.

A few of Letteria’s notebooks. Don’t they just make you want to have one in every room and handbag?
