Indie Fixx Contest with Amy Bengtson & Polyvore!

Polyvore, Amy Bengtson and I have joined forces to bring you a fantastic fun new contest! What’s Polyvore you ask? Polyvore is an interactive set creator that you can use to create outfits or decorate rooms using product images you find on the Web. It’s like paper dolls or playing Barbies on the Internet, except you can actually buy most of the things in real like. It’s a great asset to online shopping in my book.

Now, who is this Amy Bengtson? Amy is a jewelry designer who creates some of my favorite indie jewelry. I even featured her in the Indie Fixx Fall Jewelry Guide. I just love her clean & modern designs.

So here’s how the contest works. You can enter to win one of Amy’s Mod Floral Necklaces by visiting Polyvore, setting up an account & creating an outfit with at least one of Amy Bengtson’s gorgeous jewelry pieces. All of Amy’s designs have already been uploaded, but if there is something else by another designer you want to use, read the FAQ about how you can import more items to use in your outfit. I will picking the winner and extra points will be given for using indie designers. ;)

Once you have completed your outfit, visit the contest page and submit your set. Also, don’t forget to leave a comment on this post with a link to your set, so we can all take a look.

The contest will end October 18th.
