My sense of style is what you would call eclectic–boho, classic, funky, it all depends on my mood. I’m all over the place and it’s even worse with my decorating style—my home is kind of a hodge-podge of things that I like, most of which don’t match. But, my bedroom is definitely girly. First of all, it is pink, and secondly my walls are covered with faerie and elf art prints. Some of my favorites are by artist, Kate Dolamore, of Pencil Shavings. Kate creates illustrations of fairy tales, faeries, and modern life, all done in traditional mediums such as watercolor paints, colored pencils, and markers. She sells prints, cards, stationary, and even some original work and her illustrations are just completely lovely in person. I’ve got my eye on a couple more, but I especially like Amaryllis. Now is the time to check her out, since everything is on sale through September 7th.
